Sign up for Calcumate3D

This page walks a new customer through getting a Calcumate3D subscription, from the pricing page to the 3D Calculators list. It takes about five minutes.

1. Start from the pricing page

Choose a Calcumate3D plan on the Calcumate pricing page. The link takes you to the sign-up form with your service type, billing interval (yearly or monthly) and number of locations already filled in. You can change all of them before you pay.

2. Create your account

The sign-up form is titled Sign up for Calcumate3D. The last step shows a Calcumate3D summary of your service type, billing interval, locations and currency. Nothing is charged at this point.

Once the account is created you are logged in automatically and taken to the onboarding page. If you land on the login page instead, it says “Your account is ready. Please login to choose your Calcumate3D plan and add your payment details.” Log in and onboarding picks up where you left off.

3. Choose your plan

The onboarding page shows “Setting up your account…” for a moment, then the plan picker:

• Service type: Self Storage, Container Storage, Mobile Storage or Movers.
• Currency.
• Yearly / Monthly.
• 3D locations: from 1 to 1000. You can change this later.
• A live total, with an optional breakdown by pricing tier.

Not ready to pay yet?

Continue with the free Calcumate (original) dashboard takes you to your dashboard without a subscription. The 3D Calculators tab keeps offering the subscription for whenever you are ready.

4. Pay

Click Subscribe. A secure Stripe checkout opens in a new tab, and the onboarding page shows “Complete your payment. Finish the secure Stripe checkout in the new tab. This page updates automatically once your payment is confirmed.” If your browser blocked the new tab, use the Open checkout link.

Once your payment is confirmed you are taken to the 3D Calculators list and can start building. If a card is already on file, the subscription is created straight away with no checkout.

If you see something else

Instead of the plan picker you may see:

What you see	Why
Your 3D Billing page	You already have a Calcumate3D subscription.
“Finish your payment” with Resume checkout	You started a payment earlier and didn’t finish it.
Your My Account page	You pay for Calcumate (original) and can upgrade instead.
“We could not set up Calcumate3D” with Retry	Setup failed. Try again, or contact support if it keeps happening.
“That plan isn’t configured for your vertical yet. Contact support.”	That plan isn’t available for your service type yet.

During payment:

• If confirmation takes longer than usual you see “Still processing” with Check again.
• If you cancel in Stripe, the plan picker comes back.
• If you close the checkout tab before paying, the 3D Calculators tab and 3D Billing show “Your Calcumate3D checkout has not been completed” with Finish your payment / Resume checkout, so you can pick up where you left off.

Good to know

• Signing up never charges you. Your subscription starts only when the Stripe checkout succeeds.
• Calcumate never collects card details for Calcumate3D itself. Payment happens in Stripe.
• Every account also includes the free Calcumate (original) plan. That is simply how accounts are set up. It costs nothing and you do not need to use it.
